Programme Leader

The Nottingham Diocesan Catholic Youth Service is looking for a highly skilled and ideally qualified Youth Worker (or equivalent) to work as part of the leadership team of NDCYS, be responsible for the leadership, supervision and management of the Volunteer Team and to lead young people in retreat programmes at The Briars. You will work as part of the wider diocesan youth service to further the mission of NDCYS across the diocese. You will have responsibility for the management of the site when on programme and be required to undertake training and CPD as part of your role.

This is a full time post / 37.5 Hours a week equivalent – Week on / Week off. This post has an ideal start date of June 1st 2021 but this is negotiable.

The post will require residential work with equivalent time off given for overnight stays. You will need to be resident only for the duration of your programmes and working hours. Full time accommodation is not provided.

Salary Scale: Band 4 / £21748 – £24491
