Although a little awkward to begin with, I soon settled down to what quickly became one of my favourite weekends here at the Briars. It was great to meet so many past team members and talk to them about their own experiences and to share a few of my own. The relaxed atmosphere gave everyone the time to catch up with old friends and also to make new ones, and I hope the walks helped you to do just that, I know that I really enjoyed the walk I helped lead, especially when leading everyone in a very competitive game of Squirt, followed by Ninja. I really enjoyed all the different reflective sessions, especially writing the letter to myself in 5 years time. I can’t wait for the next team reunion but I’d love to keep in touch with everyone before then. Hopefully you’ll continue to visit the Briars and I hope to see you soon.

M.E.N.T.A.L. Is the only word which can describe this weekend! I had so much fun, although at first it was quite daunting to have all these ex-team members strolling around! Everyone was so friendly and talkative, and I had enjoyed chatting to people during the day and through the night too! The walk doing scary chase was also a lot of fun, mass was also a real highlight, with the; ‘Crich Male Choir’ slamming out the vocals at the back ,nice one lads! The interpretations of the readings were amongst the funniest I have ever seen so well done! Along with this I also enjoyed the reflective activities such as the letter writing to what I hoped I would be doing in 5 years and the different stations situated around the Briars.
It was amazing to catch up with old and not so old teams, and I have had an awesome weekend!

This was a great weekend and it was a lot of fun. It really made me feel part of something when I saw all past teams. I was really nervous to begin with but it was really cool to spend time with you all. my only negative would be a didn’t get chance to speak to everyone but that just shows how busy and fun the weekend was.

What an amazing weekend. I was nervous Friday but I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and can’t wait for the next. It was surreal learning all the changes and speaking to loads of old team members. It really made me proud and lucky to be part of the Briars team : ). Mass was spectacular and I absolutely loved it. Thanks for making it so special. I hope to see you all again.

This was a weekend that I felt very apprehensive about to begin with, as meeting all you past team members seemed very daunting, but it was nothing like I expected. It was lovely how much you understood and how willing you were to help out, so thank you!
One of the highlights of the weekend for me was the walk. I enjoyed doing scary chase, as it was the first time I had done it, thankfully, you all seemed to know where you were going, which is more than can be said for the present team! Equally, mass was fantastic, particularly the singing, as we did a mix of hymns, some I knew, some I didn’t! The dancing afterwards was great too, and was definitely a lot of fun.
Thanks for a fantastic weekend, I really enjoyed it, and I hope to see you all in a few years time for the next reunion!

Hello all
It was so amazing to see all of you this weekend. Such a range of teams, it was fantastic.
Having all of you up here somehow made our job seem a lot easier…despite all of us staying up into the early hours of the morning.
I know that all the lads on team loved the all male choir. Taste has never sounded so good.
