Hello to you all and my group.
Well done my group for creating an amazing sunflower, Morgsy was well chuffed with it. You really worked well together as a team for that task (in my eyes it was the best one.)
I had a lot of fun going to the tramway museum with Christ the King, I felt like I got to know you all a bit better and the day was just such a good day. I also really enjoyed going on the woodland walk with you all.
I really enjoyed going on the walk with St Mary’s on the last day and I’m sure we are getting close to the number of hugs needed to free Tony and Diana.
Thanks for a great three days guys.
Matt
What a fantastic couple of days we had! A big shout out to my small group ‘The Cheesy Coketeasers’! You worked so well together and I thought you did a great job on the sunflower, even if it didn’t stand up!
The session on team work in the field was great! I loved seeing how well you worked together and how you persevered and didn’t let any of the activities beat you, so well done! Later in the evening, we had an amazing disco, and it was great to see you all dancing away together.
After Christ the King left for Chatsworth on Wednesday, St Mary’s went on a walk, which we had great weather for and I enjoyed very much!
Hope to see you up again sometime!

You were an amazingly energetic and enthusiastic group, and as our first Year 6 group, very memorable. I’ll never forget, my small group the Doninoes!! I absolutely loved working with you because you were so much fun and up for anything.
You were all so much fun at the Disco with everyone getting up and dancing, especially for the YMCA!!! I hope you all enjoyed the walk and the stories that were told, and I know you all loved our game of pony in the fields.
I hope you all enjoyed the afternoon on the fields doing the focus activities, because you amazed me how well you coped with all the challenges, especially the spider web!!
Good luck with the next year and I hope to see you soon

A packed few days as both schools came together and enjoyed a retreat. My group “Jubbly Bubbly” were awesome and I think your all stars. Your teamwork on the Sunflower the first night was brilliant and it may not have been the tallest but it was pretty, colourful and you worked well as a team so it didn’t matter J. The trip to the tramway museum was awesome and I loved how you could change the seats round on the top deck.. how cool was that? Singing practise was fun as you all showed off your wonderful voices. After CTK went on to Chatsworth, St. Marys went on a walk and I loved chatting to you all, especially about Grimsby fish and chips and strawberry picking. Take care all, and hope to see you up again.

A big hello to my group ‘Sausage Rolls 1524′, what an experience we all had!
I thought your committment to making Morgsy a sunflower was incredible…despite in the end it not being able to stand up, oh well!
Leading you all on the walk also was just unreal, especially ‘riding ponies’ on top of the field.
Thank you all for coming up,
Peace
Joe
