On New Year’s Day, youth work teams from across the country like us gathered together at the Hayes Conference Centre in Swanwick for our annual Team Conference. Here we took part in sessions to share ideas and strategies with each other, and had many laughs along the way. It was great to meet people in the same line of work as us and talk about how our teams work both similarly and differently. The sessions were fantastic and very beneficial – they gave us so many new thoughts to work with. It was an absolutely amazing few days, thank you very much to everyone who came to make our first few days of 2012 so fantastic!
