I wasn’t here for the whole weekend but I loved getting to know you in a short space of time. You were all really welcoming which was amazing. Mass was an amazing celebration and you put so much effort into it which was awesome. Great choice with the film, Toy Story is a great film.

This was an absolutely amazing week, I really enjoyed myself and I loved getting to know all of you because you were all so friendly. I loved all the energy and enthusiasm you bought to the week and you just threw yourself into everything which was great to see.

A big shout out to my group, the ‘Matt’s Minions’ because you were amazing, especially for working hard and putting so much effort into everything we did. I wish you all the best for the Year7 and what ever you do in the future, you deserve the best.

St Joseph’s Derby, Year 6

This was a great weekend, even thought you weren’t here for very long we somehow managed to pack so much into such a small space of time. All your energy and enthusiasm was great to see. I know I really enjoyed the weekend and I hope you did to. I hope you enjoyed the tramway museum, the sweet shop there is awesome.

Mass was excellent and a real celebration so thank you to you all for making it such a great event plus you singing was amazing, you really made your teachers very proud of you.

Holy Cross and St Winefrides, Year 6

This week was awesome, I really enjoyed getting to know all of you. You were great and so much fun to be around. I really enjoyed all the games of rounders in the field, and games of football. I really enjoyed the walk on Tuesday because I really got to know a lot of you and the parachute games were a lot of fun.

I also really enjoyed the bedtimes stories we heard, they are so funny. I also really loved the fact that you all got stuck into the week and seemed to get the most out of the experience.

This was an absolutely amazing week, I really enjoyed myself. A big shout out to my group, the ‘2012 waffle eating champions dipped in maple flavoured custard’ you were amazing, and I loved the energy and enthusiasm you brought. My highlight of the week had to be the butterfly farm, it was awesome and I learnt so much. I enjoyed all the trips, you guys were awesome on them. All the quizzes and challenges we faced in our groups were a lot of fun and well done to you all for just getting involved and making the most of the experience.

You guys were just awesome, firstly because there were so many glee fans, big respect for that. The energy and enthusiasm you all bought was amazing especially as there wasn’t that many of you. You truly did just get involved with everything and your singing was amazing.

I’m gutted I couldn’t be there for the whole retreat because all of you were awesome and I loved getting to know all of you. A big shout out to mine and Don’s small group because you were amazing and hopefully you got a lot out of the weekend.

Well, this was such a great week. I really enjoyed getting to know all of you, you were all amazing people. I loved the energy and enthusiasm you bought, mainly because you just got involved with everything and made the most out of the experience which is awesome and respect to you all for that.

A big shout out to my group, you were all amazing. You got involved with everything and really mixed well together, it was hard to tell who was from what school, you formed some great friendships which I’m sure will last. (By the way my group I found my iPod)

This was an awesome weekend, I really, really enjoyed it. You guy’s were simply amazing and you should be really proud of yourselves. St Mary’s is a great school because you guy’s make it that. You are so close as a group and I really respect how amazingly you all got on and stuck into everything. Your teachers and St Mary’s will be proud of you.

A big shout out to my small group ‘u no what I’m saying’ You were sound, thanks for all the laughs and fun memories. Thanks for working hard and just getting along with each other.

St Joseph’s Boghton and St Clare’s Coalville Year 6

St Clare’s and St Joseph’s

This was such a great week, we did so much it was none stop but it was sooooooo much fun. You guys were so amazing and you mixed so well, I could barely tell who was from which school. All your creations on the first night were awesome and that night prayer was great.

I loved special sixes, it was so much fun, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Well done St Clare’s for doing all the mass parts, the role play you guy’s you did for the gospel at special sixes was very good. I really enjoyed sharing that day with you.

I loved Chatsworth, it was amazing, the whole day was great, I’m so happy that we managed to see the guinea-pigs. The whole day was great, the disco was so much fun.

You put so much effort into making the week awesome so thank you for all your energy and enthusiasm.

St Phillip Neri Yr 6

This was an amazing weekend. I really enjoyed all the activities plus the weather helped make the weekend great. I loved all the energy and enthusiasm you lot brought because it meant that you were just getting stuck into everything and making the most of the experience.

A big shout out to my group ‘6BT’ because you were awesome, I really enjoyed spending time getting to know you and sat in the sun doing the affirmations that you spent so much time and effort on.
