This was an awesome weekend, first off it was great to see some familiar faces and get to know you all a little bit better. I really enjoyed the sheer amount of games we played and I learnt a lot at the same time. I hope your confirmation goes well and that we meet again some day.

It was so cool having a full centre and sharing it with SYO was awesome because I was constantly trying to listen in. It all sounded amazing especially Pirates of the Caribbean.

Take care and God bless

Sheffield Youth Orchestra & St Mary’s & Holy Family

What a packed out weekend. We had so many people roaming about and it worked out really well. I thought you were all such lovely people and I really enjoyed socializing with you all at meal times and evenings. I had such a laugh with my dinner tables and was constantly laughing, especially at my porridge tales. I thought S.Y.O played really well, I remember being in the kitchen when you were playing pirates of the Caribbean and it was amazing I was jealous I couldn’t play an instrument. Also I did not get pegged all weekend J oh yeah ..

Take Care guys

Sheffield Youth Orchestra & St Mary’s & Holy Family

What a packed weekend this was! It was great to meet new characters from both the Youth Orchestra and St Mary’s, but also great to see some old faces! St Mary’s you made me well proud to be from that parish, you were amazing, you jumped into everything straight away, and there was a great atmosphere around the centre! Your singing in mass was amazing, and the whole celebration night was so much fun. The atmosphere around the centre was only added too by you guys from the Orchestra, you were so friendly and always up for a chat and a laugh, although I can proudly say I wasn’t pegged once over the weekend! Good times.

Anywho, good luck with everything, whether it be musical or confirmation!

Peace out

Dave.

Sheffield Youth Orchestra and St Mary’s and Holy Family Confirmation Group

Firstly, a big shout out the SYO. You were sooooo good, and your concerts are going to go down a storm! You were all so friendly, so thanks so much for always being up for a chat!

And although I didn’t have a small group, I still felt like I chatted to most of you from the confirmation group, so I have to thank you guys for that, because you were just so lovely and willing to talk! I loved going on the walk on Saturday, because I don’t think I heard any of you complain once!

Well done on mass guys, your singing was truly spectacular! There was so few of you, but the singing really was so loud, I was well impressed!

Good luck with your confirmation and good luck with all the concerts!

Take care,

Steph

Yo, What a great week, we seemed to cram sooooo much into such a sort space of time. What I really enjoyed was the peanut session despite being really cold, I was about to go on strike my self. A big shout out to mine and Beth’s group, by far the best and we all know that we won the map game because we got our balloon to Hannah first. Also all the adverts on the first night were hilarious and I think our dice were sold beautifully.

We really enjoyed the prayer journey evening because it was really chilled out and reflective and we could tell you all got something out of it.

Both walks were a lot of fun and the whole last evening with mass, disco and variety show was just so much fun.

Thanks to you all for a fab week.

The Becket

Hey guys, what a great week. I really enjoyed having you guys up and all the fun. I heard some amazing singing on the first evening so was well impressed. I also enjoyed reading your facebook status’s the following day there was some really crazy ones going on out there haha, I thought the walk was beautiful just like the weather and the game later was so much fun, shame my group didn’t win but we tried. I thought you were great at bowling and there was some really high scores going on which made me a lil jealus but I did beat most of your teachers so I was happy! Reconcilliation on Wednesday night was really lovely and it made the evening really nice so thanks for your hard work guys. Our final walk together and picnic was again beautiful and was followed by an amazing mass and talent show!! I thoroughly enjoyed the week so take care guys and hopefully see you up again!

Becket Year 10

This has been an amazing week! It’s always great when your own school come up and you guys didn’t disappoint one bit! A big shout out to my small group. You guys worked dead hard, especially on all the roleplays and I thought your superhero roleplay was genuinely amazing…I mean we had someone flying past the window! I especially loved the peanut session because it was really thought provoking and I thought you all entered into it really well!

Another highlight of the week for me was the picnic we had on Thursday! It was so nice having a chat with you all and I enjoyed it a lot! I also thought reconciliation was particularly good. All of the stations that you did were really powerful and I enjoyed it a lot!

So anyway, I hope you all enjoyed the week as much as I did.

Take care,

Steph

Well what a mega week this was! I had so much fun, I have alot of amazing memories from this week. We had so many laughs together, big shout out to my small group, you guys kept me entertained all week and I genuinely loved spending time with you guys.

Bowling was so much fun, although I lost my Briars bowling crown! Gutted! But the bus journey there talking to all the guys at the back of my bus was so awesome. It really highlighted your amazing willingness to get to know each other and new people.

Reconcilliation was amazing and really thought provoking, I really enjoyed your depictions of the stations of the cross! So well done on that.

Mass and Disco were great ways to celebrate and end our week! So big up on that guys, you deserved a party!

Thank you for an amazing week!

Peace
