This weekend seems to have been jam packed with the stuff that we’ve been doing, and it’s been really busy, but I’ve loved every second of it! My small group were fantastic! You worked so well with every task I gave you, so thank you! The highlight of the week had to be saving Derek the crisp and writing the amazing chant that we did. He definitely deserved to be saved after that performance!

I was impressed with your singing for the mass, you all joined in really well and all the different parts that the small groups did for mass were great. The ‘Irish dancing’ later that evening was a lot of fun too. I also very much enjoyed the walk despite the rain, so thanks for all the chats!

Anyway, hope to see your school up again sometime!

Take care,

Steph

First Sixth Form Group and what a fantastic week I had. The cops and robbers game was amazing I was so excited as some of you saw

Then bowling was brilliant, I loved my bowling team, woop woop!

A big shout out to mine and Matt’s group, you were amazing, I had loads of fun times and I have a lot of good memories of the week. I hope to see you at an open retreat or in the year!

First of all, a big shout out to my small group the ‘Magic Shark Hugs’. You worked so well together, and got involved in all that we did! The work you did on morning prayer was fab, I especially liked our Paris Hilton drama, it was so funny and I think everyone really enjoyed it, so well done! Another great memory I have from small group sessions were all the jokes you told me! They were well funny, and it seemed that you had me giggling all the time those couple of days and I really appreciate that!

The walk that we did on Thursday was very funny. The rain didn’t seem to put a damper on it at all, and I enjoyed having a chat with you and getting to know you all a little better.

Good luck with the rest of year 7.

Take care,

Steph

Well, what an eventful week we had! You were all so enthusiastic which made the week pass so easily! A big shout out to my small group ‘Dodgy lights’. It was so good getting to know you all, and I was well impressed with how well you all got stuck in with all the activities we did. Our horse ‘Flying Nigel’ definitely deserved to win in the horse challenge, he was amazing, so well done!

The masks that you made on Tuesday were amazing! You put so much hard work and effort into them and I was well impressed with the outcome. Equally, I was so happy with how you worked on thinking about what acts of random kindness you could do to help change the world. You had some fantastic ideas and I believe you really can change the world, so good luck!

Hope the rest of year 7 goes well for you, good luck for the future!
